Specialists have to do their knowledge and planning and give ideas to local government. The local government can be financed by tourists and can participate in the planning and financing of the vision. The Visitor Center shares information with local people and tourists and financially supports the vision. The tourists and the local people spend time there and spend money on souvenirs and other things. The tourist industry awards jobs to local people and thus financially supports the vision.
